It’s been quite awhile since I’ve shared anything wedding related on my blog, but with the season of nuptials fast approaching, I’ve become re-inspired! If you’ve been around for awhile and read any of my previous wedding posts, you know that I absolutely enjoyed nearly every aspect of planning my own wedding. Attention to detail was huge for me, and that’s never more apparent when it comes to save the dates and invites.
I’m so excited in teaming up with Basic Invite to bring you today’s post on all things wedding stationery! Everything they offer is beautifully done, innovative, and can be customized to fit your taste and wedding. A save the date and invite are going to be the first impressions your guests get of your wedding, so it’s important to make them count. It sets the tone for the entire event, and should be a true reflection of you and your partner’s style. Will your wedding be casual and fun? Formal and classy? Extra and glamorous? Your invites are going to help determine that! And there are no shortage of options from Basic Invite, as they have over 900 wedding invitation sets to choose from.
The thing that drew me to Basic Invite instantly was all of the aesthetically pleasing designs they offer. They are all so well done, and had me wishing I was getting married again just so I could send out some gorgeous invites! Something I came across while perusing their site were these personalized wedding coasters. It’s such a creative and unique way to do an invitation, or to have them at your wedding as a favor, and an extra attention to detail.
In addition to the coasters, Basic Invite also offers magnet save the dates! Anything but basic if you ask me. I love the idea of my family and friends having a magnet of my betrothed and I to look at each time they reach for a snack…ha! A magnet save the date almost entirely ensures that it won’t get lost, and you’ll (hopefully) get those RSVPs in on time. Who doesn’t stick a magnet to their fridge right away? I’d say more people do than not! The magnet save the dates are offered in the same beautiful fonts, colors, and designs as the traditional save the dates, ensuring that the look and feel of your invitation suite is consistent, and doesn’t fall into gimmicky territory.
Something else I love about Basic Invite is that they offer free wedding websites. When I was planning my own wedding, not only was having a website fun, and a great way to share our engagement photos, but it was super helpful in directing guests to when they had questions about the event itself. Your wedding website is another way to showcase your wedding style, and can be perfectly coordinated to match your invitations. And of course, Basic Invite understands more than anyone that a perfect wedding invitation is crucial, so they offer samples to do just that before placing your final order. No guessing here!
If you’re in the process of planning a wedding, have you made it to the invitation stage? If you have, I highly recommend basic invite! Has the magnet save the date sparked your interest? What about the coasters? I’d love to hear from you in the comments below! As always thank you so much for reading!
